The End User License Agreement (EULA) will appear for any user attempting to log in to SPRK with new credentials. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which access to the application are granted. The options are Agree and Don’t Agree, selectable via radio buttons. Users can also, if desired, print the EULA using the Print icon near the top of the panel. After making the selection, click the Submit button.

Agree: The system will log the user in and the EULA will not appear again for that user unless changes made to user ID.

Don’t Agree: The user will be returned to the Login screen without access to SPRK. Selecting Don't Agree serves the same function as the Logout button.

Submit: Sends the result of the Agree/Don't Agree decision for validation and the granting or denial of access to SPRK.

Logout: Returns to the main Login screen without providing access to SPRK. Logout has the same effect as selecting Don't Agree and Submitting.

Print: Opens a standard Print dialog that will allow the creation of a hard copy or print file, depending on settings.
