Along the top right of the Reservation Screen are several Action Icons. Because settings vary from carrier to carrier, some icons will display and some will not. The image above provides a representative sample of all currently-supported Action Icons. Click the within the red rectangle to see detailed information on each icon's functional area, or one of the links below:

•Logout: Logs the current user out of the application and provides a Login button for a different user to log in.

•Agency Information/PCC Bridging: The Agency Information section displays information related to the login, including the long form of the Agent Name that is associated with an Agent ID, the IATA number and the Office ID; if PCC Bridging has been enabled, will provide a dropdown list of PCCs to which the Agent can emulate.  

•Current Reservation: The default icon is Current Reservation (far left), which forms the basis for a Traveler's itinerary.

•Add Air: The second icon, Add Air, is used to shop for flights using Fare Search, Air Availability, Schedule Only, Fare Quote and, for carriers supporting it, Informative Pricing.

•New Reservation: Begins a new Reservation, allowing a user to have up to five itineraries open at the same time.

•Profile Management: Allows a user to work with Traveler, Agent or Agency profiles.

•FLX Commando: An opt-in GDS emulator that is not available for all carriers.

•Reports Depending on settings, Reports, such as the Mir-FLX back office accounting system interface or Ticket Quota will show up here.

•Settings: Sets the Language and Time Format for the SPRK interface, and also the Distance Unit for Radius Search, if enabled.
