Clicking the Login button displays the SPRK Reservation Screen, which is divided into five functional areas, which are outlined for the purposes of this Reference with red rectangles. Hovering the cursor within a rectangle will display a description of the area's purpose. Clicking within the rectangle will display a detailed discussion of that feature. In SPRK itself, any control not labeled will display a name upon mouseover.
•SPRK Actions: Add a flight or a new reservation, set preferences, or work with FLX applications, such as Commando or MirFLX.
•PNR Elements: Add required and optional PNR information such as Traveler, Telephone, Address, Email or Form of Payment.
•Retrieve PNRs: Manage PNRs via Queues or retrieve using powerful Search functionality.
•Reservation Management Actions: Actions available on the Reservation Screen prior to Booking and after the PNR has been created.
